  • You are representing the brand at all times—both in person and on social media. Share my posts!
  • Social media + recording behind the scenes content (Super important and can be trained)
  • Positive attitude ONLY / NO DRAMA
  • You should have a genuine interest in photography, creativity, and client experience.
  • Trustworthy!!!
  • Attention to detail, posing, clothing fixes, hair, etc.
  • Professional yet laid back
  • Help lifting furniture pieces
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
  • Easy to make friends with or talk to
  • Learn Ali’s photo style, editing style, posing, all the things
  • Able to work weekday + weekend evenings
  • Understanding that rescheduling happens often due to weather or sickness and willing to work with any schedule
  • Looking for someone interested in staying with me part time until your Senior Year or even throughout your Senior Year!!! If you have already graduated, please make sure you can work for me + attend all sessions
  • You need a drivers license OR have 100% reliable transportation
  • IF you are a Class of 2027 Senior, you can work for me + get a free spot on my Senior Model Team (basically a trade) ;)
  • You will be asked to come to all senior model team sessions, each private senior session, senior model mini day, and fill in for weddings/mini's when Kylie isn't available!
  • Sign a detailed contract that states our agreement to you becoming / being my model team assistant
  • Looking for someone very local to Hughes Springs.

Client experience is so important to me. I want to ensure my seniors receive top tier treatment. I love to laugh and have fun. I am super laid back, yet professional when I need to be. My seniors (and all clients) mean a lot to me. I want an assistant who can match the same vibes, loves to laugh and talk, happy and excited to work with me and my seniors, and overall just have a good time during these sessions.

Starting pay is based on you and your experience/work ethic

You do not get paid to drive to me or my clients

You get paid for the entire time you are with me and my clients. Meaning the time we meet, to the time we get back is what you get paid for.

This job is VERY part time.

I will need you on weekdays and weekends.

I shoot in the evening.

Team sessions can range 3-4 hours depending on who all comes. This doesn't include driving to the location.

Senior sessions are two hours each. Each senior gets a fall and spring private session with us.

Behind the scenes will be recorded on my phone.

I want you to be creative too!

Don't take things too seriously, I like to have fun!!!
